To create an online hub for the company's marketing staff operating across several different continents and timezones. The objectives were threefold: giving access to the latest brand style guidelines and branding assets for autonomous artworking; capturing multilingual orders for bespoke printed collateral which could then be relayed to the company's head marketing office; and the ability to register staff for international training events, requiring an in-depth process to arrange advance visas and travel arrangements.
We designed and built a web-based brand and event management system to address the client's bespoke requirements. Marketing teams can search, view and download brand guidelines and brand assets, safe in the knowledge that they are using correct and approved specifications.
Orders for marketing materials can be placed around the clock regardless of timezone differences between teams using an online shopping cart.
