The client required all data to be sent to specific business departments via email and therefore the ability to transfer all customer information securely from the website to the client in line with the latest data protection laws was of paramount importance throughout this project.
We designed and built a series of intuitive online questionnaires to gather, organise and present customer information to the client.
Real-time data validation is used to present additional questions to the customer on a dynamic basis, ensuring any additional or alternative information is captured on first contact, negating the need for call backs and improving right-first-time key performance indicators.
In order to address scrutiny over data protection, all customer information is submitted via the website over a secure internet connection, and then encrypted on our servers using industry-leading technology before being sent to the client via email — only becoming decrypted once it safely reaches secure client servers.
Using the website as the primary method of capturing customer information has enabled the client to reduce telephone waiting times and respond to new and existing customers quickly, accurately and efficiently, increasing lead conversion and customer retention.
